How You Earn
You Own the Outlet, You Earn From It
As the owner in a FOCO model, you earn from your outlet's performance while ChaiMitra runs it for you. A royalty of 10% + GST on sales applies as the ongoing brand and operations fee. Your returns depend on your location, footfall and how the outlet performs — which is exactly why we don't publish one-size-fits-all promises.
